Please, mark your calendars; March 25, 2017 is our Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the WCC’s Hamilton Temple. Our yearly report will be presented, as well as voting for the 2017/2018 steering committee. The positions are as follows: Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary and 3 member at large positions (all sub-committees accept volunteers). If you have any questions about these positions or have anything that you would like brought up at our AGM please contact Bella or Marlyn through WCC Hamilton Facebook page or by emailing steeringcommittee@hamiltonwcc.ca and they can address it or add it to the agenda.
The AGM runs during class time in our designated classroom (4:30 pm). A social potluck will follow the AGM (7:00pm) instead of our regularly scheduled ritual time to meet the Steering Committee, celebrate our successes and plan new adventures for the coming year.
